Staff Test Engineer

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians on test project management, provide coaching and guidance for a learning organization.
Engage with customer on NPI product testing. Ensure seamless transition from NPI phase to volume production.
Review test solutions with Test Development team and/or customer. Buyoff new test programs, test fixtures and recommend area of improvement.
Pursue ongoing test coverage and test time optimization.
Track the performance of key KOIs and formulate initiatives on improvement opportunities.
Conduct periodic review of test capacity requirement to ensure adequate test capacity to support production requirement.
Identify and prepare new test technology and capability requirement based on future product roadmap.
Actively lead & participate in various Kaizen activities.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Major in electronics, computer or network related field.
Minimum 7 years of experiences in Test Engineering related field.
Working experiences in storage and servers products are highly preferred.
Project management skill to ensure project timeline and key deliverables are fully met.
Strong analytical, problem solving & interpersonal skills. Fluent in both English writing and oral skill.
